All OMARA VoiceGuard™ products are custom manufactured to your specifications, including device selection, grid layout, colors, personalization, and accessory options.
Because each product is made specifically for you, all sales are final.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Please review all customization selections carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before placing an order.
OMARA VoiceGuard™ is not responsible for:

Spelling errors submitted by the customer

Incorrect device selections

Incorrect grid layout selections

Color choices selected by the customer

Personalization information entered incorrectly

Compatibility issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
Replacement products due to customer ordering errors may require a new purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

1-Year Limited Warranty
OMARA VoiceGuard™ products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage includes:

Manufacturing defects

Structural failures under normal use

Defects in workmanship

Print failures not caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse
Warranty coverage does not include:

Accidental damage
-
Drops or impacts
-
Abuse or misuse

Excessive force
-
Heat damage
-
Water or liquid damage

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic damage
-
Scratches
-
Damage caused by modifications
-
Damage caused during installation or removal

Tempered glass protectors
-
Tablet cases supplied with the product

Shipping damage reported more than 7 days after delivery
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the affected item in accordance with this Warranty Policy.
Warranty replacements are provided in our standard warranty configuration (black or white with OMARA logo only).
Original custom colors, personalized text, and other customizations are not included in warranty replacements.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Device Liability Disclaimer
OMARA VoiceGuard™ products are designed to improve accessibility and provide additional protection for compatible devices. However, no case, keyguard, frame, strap, accessory, or protective product can guarantee protection against all forms of damage.
OMARA VoiceGuard™ shall not be liable for any damage to a customer’s iPad, tablet, electronic device, screen, battery, ports, buttons, internal components, software, data, accessories, or other property.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Cracked screens
-
Broken displays
-
Bent devices
-
Internal device damage
-
Water or liquid damage
-
Battery damage
-
Data loss
-
Damage resulting from drops or impacts

Damage occurring during installation or removal of the product
-
Damage occurring while the product is in use
By purchasing and using an OMARA VoiceGuard™ product, the customer acknowledges that the product is an accessory and not an insurance policy or guarantee against device damage.
Under no circumstances shall OMARA VoiceGuard™ be responsible for repairing, replacing, reimbursing, or compensating customers for any iPad, tablet, electronic device, software, data, accessories, or related damages.
The maximum liability of OMARA VoiceGuard™ shall be limited solely to the purchase price paid for the OMARA VoiceGuard™ product itself.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of OMARA VoiceGuard™ products, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and is reported within the required 7-day reporting period.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims, inspections, replacements, and approved returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service whenever returning a product.
OMARA VoiceGuard™ is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
